In the event a product is listed on our website at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment completed.

Any unpaid or awaiting payment order will be automatically canceled within 2 days after an order is placed. Any Completed Orders / Paid order / Processing in progress order that canceled by the customer will not be refund. All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-returnable except:

1. For wrong delivery by MYsuperaromas.
2. For damaged* goods during delivery.
3. For item lost during delivery.

Order Returns, Replacements & Refund:

Despite all the precautions, it is possible that damages occur during the shipping. In that case, MYsuperaromas.com website accepts faulty items for refund or exchange for up to 7 days for free of charge. Make sure that these products are unopened, unused or unworn as appropriate. 

We only accept refund / replacement for broken bottles during delivery process only. For broken bottles, should have unboxing video and photos. For leaking liquid during courier handling, theres no replacement for it, so buy at your own risk.

Faulty items will be refund, replaced or exchanged up to 7 days after purchase unless otherwise stated in the product specification. In all cases, you will need to contact us by email or whatsap to tell us the details of your return and be issued with a returns number. You can post the item back to us, please don’t forget to fill in and include the return slip in your parcel. This will ensure your return is processed as efficiently as possible.
